Driving Measurable Improvement in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety

For over 25 years, I have partnered with board members, executive leaders and healthcare teams to solve their most complex quality and safety challenges. As a pediatric hospitalist and former executive at Seattle Children’s and Stanford Children’s Health, my career has been dedicated to one mission: translating the science of improvement and high reliability theory into quantifiably saving lives and improving quality and safety outcomes.

Now, as an independent consultant, I work with healthcare organizations to build enduring systems for excellence. My passion is helping leaders move from theory to practice, creating pragmatic, sustainable programs to improve outcomes and foster a true culture of quality and safety for both patients and staff.
