Driving Measurable Improvement in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety
For over 25 years, I have partnered with board members, executive leaders and healthcare teams to solve their most complex quality and safety challenges. As a pediatric hospitalist and former executive at Seattle Children’s and Stanford Medicine, my career has been dedicated to one mission: translating the science of improvement and high reliability theory into quantifiably saving lives and improving quality and safety outcomes.
